Dongguan Pacific Nonwovens Products Co., Ltd is a joint venture co-funded by the US Pacific Procurement Company and Shilong Shunjing Group.     In May 2001, the newly constructed factory building of the company was put into use. The new building is eight-floor's height with 15,000 square meters in construction area. The use of the new factory building provides a new turning point to the cooperation between the company and Shilong, and triggers new initiative for the two parties to study and develop the technology on bonded fiber fabric material.
